Marietta, Georgia, May 17, 2021 – NeuroLIFE Institute (NLI) is expanding the treatment options it offers to patients in the metro Atlanta area as well as those needing more complex care. An applied clinical neuroscience clinic located on the campus of Life University (LIFE) in Marietta, Georgia, the NLI’s mission is to provide the highest level chiropractic neurological care and to be a resource for patients and doctors locally, nationally and internationally.

The expert practitioners at NLI use advanced technology and groundbreaking research to diagnose and care for patients experiencing a variety of conditions, which include, but are not limited to, concussion and whiplash injuries suffered in car accidents; mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety; chronic pain and migraines; and neurodevelopmental disorders in children. The high-level care provided by the NLI is both affordable and beneficial, helping patients unlock their brains’ full potential without the use of medication or surgery.

Additionally, clinicians from around the world refer their most complex neurological patients to NeuroLIFE, allowing them to decrease symptoms and improve their quality of life, often where other methods have failed to do so. Through its connection to Life University, NLI educates practicing Doctors of Chiropractic, physicians and students on the latest advancements in the field of applied clinical neuroscience.

“Being a clinician at NLI has really been an honor, to be included as a part of the healing journey of so many complex cases we have helped over the years,” said NeuroLIFE’s Dr. Dominic Fetterly. “Often, cases we see start with small goals such as moving an arm that hasn’t moved in years or relieving a debilitating symptom. What unfolds is almost always an opportunity for that person to incorporate a previously lost skill or talent that drives purposeful healing. It’s amazing to experience the moment someone realizes their capacity for healing and achieving is much more than they thought and to get to watch it carry over into their life.”

Founded in 1974, Life University is a health sciences institution most known for its Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) program, the largest single-campus chiropractic program in the world. LIFE also offers 14 undergraduate degrees, as well as a pre-chiropractic, degree-seeking pathway. Three graduate degrees are available, encompassing areas of sport health science, clinical nutrition and positive psychology. Some degree programs are offered to distance learners through the College of Online Education.

Life University strives to empower its students to succeed both professionally and personally. LIFE advances a leading-edge approach to higher education while also remaining true to the University’s philosophical commitment to produce informed leaders who exemplify humanistic values in their professions. To achieve this goal, LIFE recognizes and demonstrates its dedication through three official Life University Values: Lasting Purpose, Vitalism and Integrity.

LIFE’s 110-acre campus just northwest of Atlanta is home to more than 2,800 undergraduate, graduate, and professional students who come from all 50 United States and more than 45 countries.
