While this space often talks about wellness in terms of healthy hearts and active muscles, today we are thinking about wellness regarding the relationship between ourselves and our environment. Many college students over the next few weeks will go through individual versions of the same experience.

Flexibility & Range of Motion
As children we take our flexibility for granted; it is an unseen factor in how kids are able to bounce up off the ground without being hurt and shield away many of the mysterious aches and pains their parents are concerned about. However, over time, this aura fades away, and our health is something of which we must become increasingly aware.
Utilizing Campus Recreation and Wellness – Fitness Center
Sometimes motivation comes from an inspiring message, or a new discovery, or a role model. Sometimes, however, motivation comes from asking yourself a tough question and answering honestly. Without more ado, ask yourself: How long has it been since I have been to the Life University Fitness Center?
