Marietta, Georgia, May 26, 2020 – The Life University (LIFE) Marketing Department is among the winners of the 26th Annual Communicator Awards, which recognize “big ideas in marketing and communications.”

LIFE was honored with an Award of Distinction in the category of Social Responsibility for its video about the University’s guiding principle, Lasting Purpose. The two-minute video, produced by Lavender Digital, highlights some of LIFE’s key departments, including Athletics and the Center for Compassion, Integrity and Secular Ethics (CCISE).

Life University is a health sciences institution most known for its Doctor of Chiropractic program, the largest single-campus chiropractic program in the world. LIFE also offers 15 undergraduate degrees as well as a pre-chiropractic, degree-seeking pathway. Three graduate degrees are available, encompassing areas of sport health science, clinical nutrition and positive psychology. The Communicator Awards are sanctioned and judged by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts, an invitation-only group consisting of top-tier professionals from acclaimed media, communications, advertising, creative and marketing firms. The awards, which receive more than 6,000 entries, are one of the largest competitions in the world.
