Faces of LIFE – Dr. Shannon Good
Shannon Good, B.S., D.C., CACCP is an Adjunct Faculty member in the Chiropractic Sciences Department at Life University. Dr. Good is the oldest of two children. She and her younger brother are from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, where her parents and brother still live today. Dr. Good first became interested in Chiropractic when she was competing in gymnastics and under chiropractic care. Receiving this care led her to become a chiropractor.
Faces of LIFE- Danae Glanton
Danae Glanton grew up in Ohio as the middle child between an older brother and a younger sister. She learned from a young age the importance of higher education from her parents. Her father, a first-generation immigrant from Ukraine, became a U.S. citizen as an adult. Through that experience, her father’s side of the family put much emphasis on getting a degree because those opportunities had not been available for generations past.

For a student-athlete, time management is critical in achieving personal, academic and athletic goals. Stan Vandierendonck, mid-fielder and captain for the Life U Men’s Soccer team, understands the delicate tightrope he must walk and appears confident to take on any challenges that life throws at him.
Faces of LIFE- Dr. Jo Lobertini
Dr. Jo Lobertini is the Associate Dean of Online Education at Life University (Life U). She is a fresh face to the Life U community, having just come on board about five months ago. However, Dr. Lobertini already feels welcomed by staff and students at Life U and since the very beginning has felt that Life U is “her people.”

Meet Ruby Jordan, the Office Manager of the NeuroLIFE Institute (NLI). She loves working for the NLI, especially since she gets to work alongside Dr. Cynthia Boyd, Director of Special Projects; Dr. Michael Longyear, NLI Director; and Dr. Dominic Fetterly, NLI Clinician.

Dr. Thomas Fabisiak is the Director of the Chillon Project at Life University. With the establishment of the Chillon Project in 2015, Life University became the first Georgia-based postsecondary institution to offer an accredited degree program since then.
Faces of LIFE – Brenda Boone
Brenda Boone will be celebrating her fifteen-year work anniversary at Life University in February 2022. As the Director of Special Events in the Marketing Department, Boone works with virtually every department on campus, helping with large, campus-wide events, small individual department events and everything in between.
Faces of LIFE – Alpheus Thornton
Alpheus Thornton is a first quarter student from Independence, Oregon, who is studying to become a Doctor of Chiropractic at Life University.
“Both my parents are chiropractors, so I got to grow up around the chiropractic atmosphere and see health from that different perspective,” he shared. “That definitely influenced where I am today.”
Faces of LIFE – Erin Higgins
Erin Higgins was born and raised in Colorado and is currently pursuing the M.S. in Positive Psychology Coaching Track. “I went to grad school to become a counselor because I’m passionate about helping people and working in mental health,” Higgins explained. “But the program ended up not being a good fit for me, so I dropped it and took months looking for the right fit.”

Joshua Lee, a student at Life University from Hong Kong, is studying to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. Originally, Lee was studying civil engineering during his undergraduate in Hong Kong.
