The advice I would give to my younger self is that it’s okay not to have everything figured out at first because putting a lot of pressure on yourself is going to make you want to drop or lose your goals, or try to fulfill other people’s goals.

If I had to give myself advice as a high school student, I would say just keep doing what youโre doing. In high school I was very determined; I had a game plan in mind, and I knew exactly what I wanted to do. So, stay the course, but be open to different career paths.

Life University offers its students many opportunities to get involved in research. Research is a critical component in health care, especially Chiropractic. Students can develop their own research studies or work on a new or existing study with LIFE faculty, staff or field doctors.
