The Spring 2022 CareerFair4Life was held April 12-14 from 9:00 a.m-4:00 p.m. each day in the Guy F. Riekeman, D.C. Center for Chiropractic Education (RCCE) Courtyard Atrium and Hallways.

“It seemed to be a great turn out full of great networking and conversations,” said Sue Dudt, Director of Career Services.

Students and professionals alike were very positive about the entire experience, eager to foster connections and growth within the community of chiropractic.

“It’s been really good. I have been here all three days, talked to a lot of students. I have also made a lot of really great connections with Life U Alumni and the other practices so it’s been awesome,” said Sarah Warninger, Operations Manager for Yakima/ West Valley Chiropractic Centre.

“I thought [CareerFair4Life] was good because there was quite a range of what the docs had to offer. One of the reasons I came to the career fair specifically was to see how philosophically oriented these other doctors are,” said D.C. student Julio Sanchez.

Some students noted that the career fair serves as an excellent introduction for lower quarter chiropractic students and there was a general hope that more lower quarter students will make use of the opportunity in the future.

“I do think it is helpful for us to be able to talk to the doctors and see what is out there besides what is in the school walls,” said D.C. student Mackenzie Beekman.

Keep an eye out for the next CareerFair4Life event. Traditionally this event is held every April and November.
