Newly crowned as Miss Vinings Georgia 2022 and preparing to compete in the upcoming Miss Georgia pageant, Nya Syndab “is living the dream right now.” Syndab is currently enrolled as a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) student at Life University, and though they say heavy is the head that wears the crown, Syndab appears to carry her challenges with grace and levity.
LIFE U ATHLETICS HONORS 2022 HALL OF FAME CLASS
February 10, 2022 – Life University (Life U) Athletic Department honored the three members of the 2022 Athletics Hall of Fame in Billy Lewis (Men’s Basketball), Pablo Nassar (Men’s Soccer) and the 1997 Men’s Basketball Team last weekend with a banquet and recognition at halftime of a men’s basketball game.

Faces of Life – Cheyanne Nance-Butler
Community involvement and making a positive difference means a lot to Cheyanne Nance-Butler. From the beginning of her time here at Life U, she has strived to give back in excellence and out of abundance. Nance-Butler grew up in Portland, Oregon with her brother and her mom. She made her way to Life U by way of South Carolina and a fateful chiropractic assistant position that inspired her to pursue a chiropractic career.
My 1st Quarter – Shani Tyson
Everything was new. I’m originally from California, so coming all the way to Georgia, I was able to see a lot more green than before in my hometown. Just getting familiar with the area, it was pretty adventurous just to get to explore everything in Marietta and what Life U had to offer.
Dean’s List Fall 2021
The Dean’s list distinction is given to any student who has maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 – 3.74 for each quarter during the academic year, registered for a minimum of 12 credits for each quarter and completed all credits for all registered courses.
