Classes, which begin Monday, October 5, will be held in a hybrid format, with some sessions taking place on campus while others are conducted online.

Registration for the “Calming Body and Mind” virtual lesson from CIT opened August 12, the United Nation’s International Day of Youth, and the lesson launches September 21, 2020 (International Day of Peace and the 75th anniversary of the United Nations) as we aim to build the world’s largest course in SEL.
LIFE UNIVERSITY TO DEBUT NEW PODCAST SERIES: “TODAY’S CONVERSATIONS ON LEADERSHIP”
Marietta, Georgia, August 14, 2020 – Wednesday, August 19 will mark the debut of an inspirtational podcast series titled “Today’s Conversations on Leadership” (TCL), which will feature discussions with some of today’s biggest business and civic leaders. The podcast will be hosted by Life University Vice President of Advancement Dr. Gilles LaMarche, chosen by the Cobb Chamber as one of 50 members of the Leadership Cobb Class of 2020.
LIFE UNIVERSITY’S CHILLON PROJECT PARTICIPATES IN VIRTUAL HILL DAY
Marietta, Georgia, August 4, 2020 – On Wednesday, July 29, and Thursday, July 30, Life University student Kareemah Hanifa and Chillon Project Director Dr. Thomas Fabisiak met with Representative Austin Scott (R-8) and staff from the offices of Senator Kelly Loeffler, Senator David Perdue and Representative Barry Loudermilk (R-11) to talk about the transformative power of higher education in prison. The meetings were part of the “Virtual Hill Day” event organized by the Vera Institute for Justice. Dr. Fabisiak and Ms. Hanifa were joined by Assistant Commissioner Jay Sanders and Dr. Heather Corbett from the Georgia Department of Corrections.
LIFE U ATHLETICS TO RESTORE MEN’S CROSS COUNTRY AND MEN’S TRACK IN 2021-22
