Marietta, Georgia, October 15, 2019 – Two premier events will be held simultaneously this weekend at Life University, the not-so-little University that is changing the world.

More than one hundred prospective Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) students will gather for LIFE Leadership Weekend from Thursday, October 17 to Saturday, October 19 on the University’s campus in Marietta, Georgia, just northeast of Atlanta.

At the same time, members of the LIFEforce Tribe will attend LIFEforce Weekend to celebrate and reaffirm their commitment to Life University’s Lasting Purpose: To Give, To Do, To Love and To Serve – Out of a Sense of Abundance.

“This is the main event that brings all LIFE people together,” says Magi Rodgers, Director of LIFEforce & Enrollment Strategic Initiatives. “That includes Life University’s President, Chancellor and Board of Trustees, along with LIFEforce Tribe members, faculty and staff from all across the University, current students – among them Student LIFEforce members and Student Ambassadors – and special VIP speakers.”

Combined, approximately 350 people will participate, according to Rodgers.

“When prospective students arrive for LIFE Leadership Weekend, many of them are blown away to see that there are hundreds of other students that share their interest in Chiropractic,” said Erica Michaels, Director of Doctor of Chiropractic Enrollment. “By the end of the weekend, dozens of new friendships are made, sometimes future spouses are met, but most importantly to us, future chiropractors have found a home for the next three-and-a-half years.”

Rodgers pointed out that at least half of the prospective students who attend LIFE Leadership Weekend learn about it from LIFEforce Tribe members.

“The world needs more chiropractors, and our LIFEforce Tribe is our best referral source,” Rodgers said. “Nobody does Chiropractic better than Life University. Our brand of Chiropractic is vitalistic and principled Chiropractic to its core, and LIFEforce members embody Lasting Purpose.”

Life University offers 15 undergraduate degrees, including a pre-chiropractic track; four graduate programs, which encompass areas of sport health science, clinical nutrition, positive psychology and athletic training; and the world’s largest single campus Doctor of Chiropractic program.

Students come to LIFE from all 50 United States and more than 25 countries around the globe, with some degree programs available for distance learners through the University’s College of Online Education. Explore all of LIFE’s degree offerings at www.LIFE.edu.
