My First Quarter- Jeremy Cerha
I love how many people are in the same [chiropractic] program. You will see people from first quarter all the way up to 14th quarter. We are all in the same boat, all rooting each other on, and we are in it together in the same mission β just being able to walk on campus and have people there supporting you.
Faces of LIFE- Paul Boss
Native Floridian Paul Boss spent a fair amount of his early years with family and friends outdoors, at the beach and on the water. He lived with his mom, his brother Kyle and sister Lauren, and he also has a long-term girlfriend named Mackenzie currently studying Optometry back in his home state. Reflecting on his past, Boss remarked that it was inspiring for him to see how his mom βworked hard to pour into [them] everything that she had to watch [them] succeed.β

Faces of LIFE- Olivia Porpora
Going into her collegiate years, Olivia Porporaβs initial plan was to continue on to medical school. She studied Exercise Science at the University of Delaware, and while completing her bachelorβs degree, Porpora decided that medical school was not the path she wanted to take because it didnβt align with her personal beliefs on what health care should look like. She had been seeing a chiropractor and βalways thought it was a really cool profession.β
Faces of LIFE- Cynthia Cardenas

In her future dreams for her professional life, Cardenas has juggled between interests in both Chiropractic and veterinary practice. Cardenas had been exposed to chiropractic care personally since the age of 7, receiving care for sports-related back pain.
Faces of LIFE- Sherybel Berrios-Ramos
If you were to put a pin in a map that shows where all the students enrolled in Life U are from, the pins would dot all over as a colorful testament to our diverse campus culture. Many of those pins would land in Puerto Rico, like it would for Sherybel Berrios-Ramos, who is from the capital of San Juan.
