At Life University, we measure success by preparation, performance and readiness to serve patients with confidence and competence.
In November 2025, our Doctor of Chiropractic students demonstrated exceptional results on the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) Part IV examination, outperforming national averages across clinical and adjusting competencies. Life University achieved a 93.3% first-time pass rate, compared to the national average of 86.2%, with an average score of 512.1, more than 28 points above the national average.
Beyond Part IV performance, Life University’s overall NBCE pass rate for 2025 stands at 86.5%, with an additional six months for recent graduates to complete all parts of the examination. This trajectory is expected to place Life University above the national average, reinforcing that student success extends across the full licensure process.
Our students exceeded national benchmarks in six key areas of clinical performance, including cervical, thoracic, lumbar, pelvic/sacral and extremity adjusting, as well as case history taking. These outcomes confirm what we consistently see in our clinics: students who are confident, capable and well-prepared to enter practice.
These results are not accidental. They reflect:
- An emphasis on hands-on technique mastery
- Advanced educational tools such as PAT and Anatomage Tables
- A comprehensive clinical experience guided by experienced PEAK doctors
- Ongoing curriculum enhancements focused on clinical readiness, business acumen and early board preparation
Because of this sustained progress and measurable improvement, Life University has been informed that the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) will remove the College of Chiropractic from probation. Life U met the applicable accreditation requirements earlier than the next scheduled review, including achieving the required NBCE benchmarks in December 2025, and requested review accordingly.
Life University will continue its ongoing curriculum enhancements and assessment processes to support academic quality and student success. The College of Chiropractic implemented a major curriculum revision in the fall of 2024 and continues to ensure graduates have the best clinical and practical education with extensive field experience, advanced business courses and online courses that provide flexibility and quality of the educational experience.
We remain committed to continuous improvement and to graduating doctors who are prepared not only to pass boards but to succeed in practice and serve with purpose.
