Q: Is the Library open?

A: Virtually, yes. Physically, no.

Q: The items I checked out are overdue, and I can’t return them. Will I be fined?

A: We do not charge fines when we are not open. Please call or email 770.426.2688 or emailLibrary@LIFE.edu if you feel that your case might need special handling and we will work with you to resolve.

Q: Can I call the library to ask a question?

A: Yes. We are answering the phones Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. All other calls go to voicemail and we pick up the voicemails regularly.

Q: How else can I contact the Library?

A: You can email Library@LIFE.edu, and your request will be routed to the appropriate department. We also have a chat widget on our Library webpage in the right margin, LIFE.edu/Library.

Q: I need a book/article from the Library. How can I get it?

A: Please fill out the ”Request Library Materials” form located on the library’s webpage,https://life.libwizard.com/f/requestmaterials. To check for online access to articles, search the Full Text Finder on our webpage. Be sure to search by journal title.

Q: When are you going to re-open?

A: We will be following guidelines from administration. Please check the Library’s webpage for updates.
