Faces of LIFE- Danae Glanton
Danae Glanton grew up in Ohio as the middle child between an older brother and a younger sister. She learned from a young age the importance of higher education from her parents. Her father, a first-generation immigrant from Ukraine, became a U.S. citizen as an adult. Through that experience, her father’s side of the family put much emphasis on getting a degree because those opportunities had not been available for generations past.
Javier Del Hoyo
Like many others, Javier Del Hoyo’s initial experience with Chiropractic came from a traumatic experience. Del Hoyo was involved in a car accident at eight years old when he received care from a chiropractor for the first time. However, the next time he encountered chiropractic care in his late teens, with experience and understanding, he became convinced of the vast benefits it provided.
Hellen Diaz
Now at Life University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics, Hellen Diaz has come a long distance from her home of Cartagena, Colombia, by way of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Graduating next quarter, Diaz plans to pursue a dietetics internship here at the University immediately afterward.
