Marietta, Georgia –May 24, 2024 –  For devoted chiropractors interested in revitalizing their understanding of the complex nuances of perinatal and pediatric technique, Life University (Life U) and Dr. Claudia Anrig are presenting a wonderful opportunity to participate in a one-of-a-kind continuing education experience with their 100-hour “The Adjustor’s Art – Perinatal and Pediatric Technique Certification.” From August 3, 2024 to March 16, 2025, this essential program features seven live, 12-hour weekend sessions with hands-on training onsite at Life U, along with 16 hours of online video content. The course will be taught by the top family wellness chiropractors in the nation, led by Dr. Claudia Anrig.

The main idea is to bring Dr. Anrig’s best-selling book, “Pediatric Chiropractic (Third Edition),” to life, showcasing many of the same authors for chiropractors to experience the discussed technique set-ups firsthand, adapting these techniques for their adjusting style with expert assistance.

“It’s expanding that knowledge. One of the things that the certification is going to do is it is going to attract somebody that would say, ‘Number one, I was never taught that, or number two, I feel stagnant in my practice.’ And other than the textbook, where else would you go?” Dr. Anrig said.

The consensus was that it was time that perinatal and pediatric postgraduate education had a program that exclusively concentrates on technique and related adjunct clinical care and patient education to make the Family Wellness Practice complete. Better adjusting means better results and better served moms and families for many patient generations to come.

Today’s most current perinatal and pediatric subject areas will be covered across the spectrum of techniques, including Logan Basic, SOT, Full Spine, Toggle and Extremities. Upon completion of the program, a short-written test will be administered. Passing the test is required for awarding of the certificate, with retesting options available.

“The textbook is one thing; having it live and watching somebody show me something is another. And then you’re going to go in and do these examinations on your classmates. And then you’re going to do the setups. And then the doctor is going to help, the lead instructor is going to help critique you,” Dr. Anrig said.

“So it’s not only teaching the why behind it, but we’re going to show everybody, participants, to really be in the trenches with the hands-on technique. Whether it’s pregnancy, infants or all the way to the young adolescents. It’s the exam procedure, setup and the critique of how we’re doing it. We should be very confident when we return back and practice.”

Dr. Anrig will kick things off on August 3 with “Full Spine Care for the Prenatal and Pediatric Population including the Webster Technique.” Registration is limited to 50 participants, so interested professionals shouldn’t wait too long to commit.
