Conflict is an uncomfortable but sometimes unavoidable part of collegiate life. As Director of Conflict Resolution and Accountability, Andre Clanton reiterates that the process is not necessarily meant to be punitive but rather restorative and rehabilitative, getting to the bottom of the root of a problem and finding a workable solution.
