LIFE UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR CHARLIE FARMER NAMED RECIPIENT OF 2022 VULCAN MATERIALS COMPANY’S TEACHING EXCELLENCE AWARD
Marietta, Georgia- May 31, 2022- Life University’s (Life U’s) Charlie Farmer, a faculty member in the College of Graduate and Undergraduate Studies (CGUS), has been named Life U’s recipient of the 2022 Vulcan Materials Company’s Teaching Excellence Award.
Faces of LIFE: Dr. Jacob Glazier
Dr. Jacob W. Glazier is an adjunct professor in the Department of General Education and Psychology. He is originally from Illinois and grew up in a small farming community. Dr. Glazier’s father and uncle were both farmers. He studied for a M.S. Ed. In Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Western Illinois University. Eventually, he found his way to Carrolton, Georgia where he studied at the University of West Georgia to become a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness and Society.

Marietta, Georgia, May 8, 2020 – Life University (LIFE) is welcoming prospective chiropractic, graduate and undergraduate students to virtually tour LIFE’s campus and participate in webinars about the University’s degree offerings. After announcing some upcoming dates back on April 24 and seeing an influx of inquiries and attendees for those tours, the University decided to add more dates to its schedule.
