Pendergast was recognized for her outstanding leadership and contributions to collegiate athletics at the Women Leaders National Convention, held October 13-15 in Baltimore, Maryland.
Pendergast has been instrumental in elevating Life U’s athletic programs through her visionary leadership and dedication to student-athlete success. Under her guidance, Life U’s athletic teams have achieved remarkable success, both on and off the field, embodying the highest standards of excellence and integrity.

The Nike NAIA Executive of the Year Award honors leaders who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and made significant contributions to their institutions and the broader sports community.
