Dr. Andrew Krantz originally envisioned his career and professional goals in a much different configuration than what they are now. As a young man, he was working as an advanced paramedic, serving people experiencing dire medical emergencies. His life trajectory changed drastically in the wake of a terrible accident where a stretcher broke in half, resulting in not only losing a patient but also severe injury to Dr. Krantz and his fellow paramedics.

For those relatively new to the chiropractic world, it can often feel like stumbling onto a far-off planet with well-meaning, health-focused aliens spouting off jargon that is natural to them but exotic and foreign to the rest of us. Don’t be afraid to ask if you come across a word or phrase that doesn’t make sense to you, as it is a chiropractor’s (or a chiropractic student’s) privilege to share about the benefits of chiropractic care in a way that is clear, concise and relevant for those with whom they interact.
