You might have heard about a not-so-little plan to usher our not-so-little Life University (Life U) into a new era of growth and success, called the Life University Launchpad. But what exactly is it and what does it mean for the Life U community? In brief, the Life University Launchpad refers to our strategic and accelerated short-term plan to revitalize and strengthen key focus areas during the time period of 2025-2027. Everyone in the Life U community has a role to play in advancing these priorities, making the Launch Pad a shared mission for faculty, staff, students and supporters alike. Together, we are launching Life U into a thriving future.
Our leadership has identified five focus areas necessary to ensure academic excellence, foster community engagement, drive student recruitment, optimize resources and secure financial stability for the long-term in order to propel Life U forward. They are Accreditation, Culture, Enrollment Growth, Operational Mastery and Financial Health.
Accreditation
We seek to uphold academic excellence through compliance with mandated benchmarks and continuous improvement. We continue to work with governing bodies and maintain an open line of communication to ensure understanding of vital curriculum goals, as well as demonstrating an upward trajectory of progress related to meeting and maintaining accreditation standards.
Culture
Fostering a community culture based on inclusivity, engagement and Lasting Purpose is the heart of what Life University is all about. We strive to find more effective ways to display and revitalize that enduring culture.
Enrollment Growth
We want to make Life University the worst kept secret, making sure prospective students have a chance to connect with us and learn how we can help them reach their full innate potential. We do this by expanding outreach and student support to drive sustainable growth.
Operational Mastery
Organization and efficiency is paramount. Our goal is to streamline processes to enhance productivity and impact in everything we do.
Financial Health
A balance budget leads to a balanced Life University. Investing in financial health is a major step toward ensuring stability, achieved through strategic investments and resource management.
