Restoring Optimal Flexibility & Movement

A Fitness Center Wellness Moment by Jermaine Alexander. It is well noted that a tight muscle is a weak muscle. That being said, more than 50% of Americans do not stretch on a regular basis, which leads to poor movement quality, lack of mobility, muscular imbalances, pain, and more importantly, acute and chronic injury. As a result of the aforementioned, our quality of life and movement efficiency begins to deteriorate.

Chiropractic Care Propelling Sports Performance

Competitive sports and chiropractic care go hand in hand. In fact, here at Life University, we commonly encounter students who originally developed an interest in chiropractic as a profession due to care received as high school or collegiate student-athletes. So it’s an interesting concept to consider that consistent chiropractic care might not only offer healing and recovery benefits, but also could contribute to improved sports performance.
