On August 12, 2016, Jeff Dunn, President of Campbell Fresh (C-Fresh), attended Life University’s The Octagon Conference to discuss essential values of leadership. Dunn commented on leadership training for leaders at Campbell Fresh, a fresh foods focused division of Campbell Soup Company.
David Foster Wallace Commencement Speech
Wallace was (and still is) considered a deeply influential voice in American literature, but it was very likely that only a handful of people with humanities degrees would have had a clear idea of who they were hearing from. Keanya Harris is an Academic Support Coordinator in the Student Success Center at Life University. She was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and her family is from the South as well. Her mother is from Mobile, Alabama, and all her family is tight-knit and live in Georgia. She has had the opportunity to work at Kennesaw State University as well as Southern Polytechnic before the merge.

Life University is right in Alexis Martinez’s backyard. Born in Chicago, the Bachelor of Science in Dietetics student has lived in Cobb County, Georgia her whole life. When she started looking for a nutrition degree program, Martinez discovered LIFE was the perfect fit.
Faces of LIFE: Dr. Jacob Glazier
Dr. Jacob W. Glazier is an adjunct professor in the Department of General Education and Psychology. He is originally from Illinois and grew up in a small farming community. Dr. Glazier’s father and uncle were both farmers. He studied for a M.S. Ed. In Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Western Illinois University. Eventually, he found his way to Carrolton, Georgia where he studied at the University of West Georgia to become a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness and Society.
Faces of LIFE: Jaiden Ouzts
Jaiden Ouzts graduated from Life University in December 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and is currently applying to Dietetic Internship programs. Ouzts is from Greenville, South Carolina and has traveled quite a bit around the U.S.
